The existing kwale gas plant is being upgraded in order to recover about 10MMSCFD (Associated Gas) Atmospheric pressure and 10MMSCFD Low pressure gas currently flared to the MP gas header and then for delivery as fuel gas via the existing Kwale gas pipeline to Ob/Ob gas plant.

The project entailed detailed engineering design of an onshore pipeline to gather and transport fluids from seven (7) wells via gas lifting to Izombe flow station for stabilization and separation through a 12” x 18km pipeline.

The project was a typical like-for-like detailed engineering design of structural components of eight (8) MPN JV offshore platforms. The project was aimed at maintaining the structural integrity of the platforms.

Work packs were developed for the MPN Ubit restoration projects as part of follow-on engineering and in preparation for commencement of construction activities and job cards.

Amazon Energy completed like-for-like detail engineering design of production and structural components of four (4) offshore platforms and associated link bridges with the aim of restoring the integrity of the production systems and structural components.

Upon Mobil Producing Nigeria requirement for the provision of Quality Assurance and Quality Control services, Amazon Energy Limited provided project management consultancy service to ensure that the Qua Iboe Terminal (QIT) Dormitories, Utilities and Phase 1 Offices projects were designed/constructed per applicable industry/company standards.

Amazon Energy handled the survey, detailed design, procurement, site preparation, construction, testing and commissioning of NGC’s 3.3km x 8” pipeline and associated facilities including Pressure Reduction and Metering Skids (PRMS) complete with control, electrical and instrumentation items to supply gas to eight (8) customers in Abeokuta, Ogun State.

Scope of work essentially was the detailed engineering design for the 12” x 18km and 6” x 18km production and gas lift pipelines on the Njaba field. The facilities development for the field is planned to be executed in two phases. Gas lift required for the wells shall be supplied via the 6”NB x 18km pipeline from Izombe flow station.

Project objective was to perform detailed engineering design of the Njaba process facilities to support client’s drive to increase production and product processing capabilities with tie-in to existing facilities. Addax Petroleum plans to drill and produce seven (7) additional wells and transport to the flow station via a 12” x 16km pipeline.

As the constructor, follow-on-engineering was performed to prepare construction work packs and resolution of construction queries.
